The software and documentation are provided without warranty. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Pre-release posture

This build is pre-release work. Features, routes, and published material may change as the implementation moves from scaffold to product.

License controls reuse

Reuse of the software and documentation is governed by the published licenses on the licensing page and in the repository.

Future hosted terms

If Semnote later ships hosted accounts or paid plans, those terms will need their own service-specific additions instead of overloading this page.
